2. What data we collect
- Email address — when you submit the free guide form on /free-guide.
- Usage data — pages visited, time on site, referral source, collected anonymously via Google Analytics 4.
- UTM parameters — source, medium, and campaign values from the QR code on our packaging, used to measure marketing effectiveness.
We do not collect payment information. All purchases are processed directly by Amazon and subject to Amazon's privacy policy.
3. Why we collect it
- To deliver the free guide you requested (legitimate interest / contract).
- To send you occasional product and health content emails, with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
- To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it (legitimate interest).
4. Third parties we share data with
- Resend (resend.com) — email delivery and contact list management. Data is processed under a Data Processing Agreement. Servers are located in the EU.
- Google Analytics — anonymised site analytics. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. Data may be processed in the US under EU-US Data Privacy Framework safeguards.
- Vercel — website hosting. Logs may contain IP addresses for security purposes and are retained for 30 days.
We do not sell your data to any third party.
5. How long we keep your data
Email addresses are kept for as long as you remain subscribed. You can request deletion at any time. Anonymised analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google Analytics default settings.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:

- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Object to or restrict processing.
